Martin Anderson, Head of Operations at Capita Financial Managers (Ireland) Ltd.

Martin is Head of Operations at Capita Financial Managers (Ireland) Ltd. Prior to this he was Chief Operating Officer at Carne Group and a Director of the company. Martin held various senior management roles in RBC Dexia ranging from Head of Operations to Global Head of Network Management

Martin holds a BSc Natural Sciences from the University of Durham.

 

Niamh Mulholland, Director, Investment Management Regulatory practice, KPMG

Niamh leads KPMG’s Investment Management Regulatory practice having joined the firm from the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) in 2015. Since joining KPMG, Niamh has been providing Regulatory and AML/CTF advice and regulatory change support to a number of investment management clients. She has also assisted clients with their applications for authorisation under MiFID, AIFMD & UCITS in Ireland, capital and reporting requirements and with their preparations for supervisory engagements.

Niamh has also assisted clients with regulatory impact assessments and compliance preparedness on forthcoming legislation including MiFID II, GDPR, MAR and the 4th EU Anti-Money Laundering Directive.
Niamh is a Barrister-at-Law and holds a BBLS (Hons), UCD.
