Christopher Martin – Senior Associate, Eversheds
Christopher is a Senior Associate in Eversheds’ Financial Regulation Group. He was called to the bar in 2006 and has over 10 years’ experience working in both the public and private sector advising a wide variety of Irish and international financial institutions, including banks, payment institutions, investment firms, fund managers, retail credit firms, and financial intermediaries, amongst others, on regulatory and compliance issues. This includes advice on consumer protection, conduct of business, AML and financial sanctions, corporate governance and general prudential matters. He also assists financial institutions with interactions with the Central Bank in relation to authorisations, corporate restructuring, thematic reviews and enforcement matters.
