The affairs of the Association are overseen by the Board of Directors, which consists of 12 elected members, who govern the Association. The work of the Board is supported by its sub-committees: Education, Events, Finance, Membership and Communications as well as a network of working groups: AML, Consumer Protection, Data Protection, Funds and Pensions. ACOI also has a Southern Region working group based in Cork. The day to day affairs of the Association are managed by the Chief Executive.
